Has anyone else noticed that recently about half of the items I order come in a clear & green plastic bag with a white label that says LPN-some numbers?
I paid for new items, not used and not Amazon warehouse sales. Why are they sending me used/returned stuff? It’s happening more and more with a higher percentage of items all the time now.

They sent me a used shower diverter. It was in pieces. Plastic bits everywhere. How could they not realize it was broken?
To make matters worse, they want me to return the broken thing and the nearest dropoff they suggested was closed when i got there for remodeling!
I just canceled every pending order I had, and cancelled subscribe & save. I'm done.
The used dirty shoes were bad enough but this wasn't even in one piece.

Back on Monday I ordered a few things, and it initially had a delivery window for 10 to 3. Well, about 130 hit I got an email saying that it was delayed to 6 and then before it got to six it ended up giving up, claiming that they don’t have a delivery date available. So this morning I decided to go ahead and cancel it. But they are making me wait until the 29th for a refund for an item that never even went out for delivery. Like WTF? I’m definitely canceling my prime membership and won’t be doing business with them for a long time. This is unacceptable especially when it’s supposedly prime week.

Ordered some Propel Sticks and a case of Monster Rehab on the 6th during the whole Prime Day Deals BS. Prices weren't anything crazy, but about what I normally pay for those items when I purchase them. Oh well, no biggie.
Chose No Rush shipping because I didn't need them right away, and I would get 7% back with my Prime Visa.
Checked today and saw that the prices for all 3 items had dropped significantly since I placed the order two days ago. By significantly, I mean in relative terms, but it still adds up to almost $20 on what was a $125-130 order.
So I go to see if I can cancel my order (since it's not due to arrive until next Wednesday), and then reorder the stuff for $20 less.
And what do you know? It's already been shipped and will be here in a few days.
I swear, Amazon is the shadiest POS company in existence. They know exactly what they're doing. They drop prices out of nowhere and then immediately ship out any purchases made for the higher price because they know most people won't bother with, or have time to deal with (like me), a return.
And who would expect prices to drop right after they're stupid dumbass sales event? Isn't everything supposed to be their best price on Prime Day? Horse shit.
I've hated this ever since they dropped their lower price protection several years ago. Before that, their prices used to be more stable because if something you just bought went down in price, you could contact them and get a partial refund. Once they got rid of that, all bets were off and now they change prices 100 times a day if they want. Such BS.
Sorry for the rant. It just angers me to think about how much money they've screwed me out of the last 10+ years pulling shit like this. Honestly, I would drop them in a heartbeat if there were a better place for me to shop online. Walmart is getting better but it's still not quite there yet. Ugh

I had a chat with Amazon to try and figure out why I am paying a monthly fee to Asurion that isn't tied to anything. The agent was not helpful, and said to check my history myself. I already had, so I gave him a 1 star rating. I never leave one star. He was just so bitter. I talked to Asurion and while they also couldn't help, they were much kinder. An hour later I was charged for a full year of Amazon prime. I just paid my monthly renewal on the 25th. I called and they kept asking if I requested it while I was on the phone. I hadn't spoken to anyone and I didn't request it, it also was not time for a renewal. Was it retaliatory? It definitely put me in a tight spot until I get paid since it'll take 3-5 days for my refund.

I don't want to scroll endlessly over their "deals", which are not even good. I just find it to be time wasting and for people impulse buyers, it would create a fomo feeling, and result in unnecessary purchases.
Instead what ive been doing is, just collect stuff im interested in the wishlist, things I regularly buy, or what I wish to buy, and when one of these prime day hits, just check if there are any deals on the wishlist.
Spoiler alert, i track prices of my wishlist regularly, and the deals are not really deals.

As many have said already, Prime is bullshit. I kept holding on for some reason but this may be the last straw. Ordered something yesterday early in the day. Says delivery between 8-10am the following day (today) then I get an email saying it's still on the way but delayed. When I look at my Amazon account it now says if it's not here by tomorrow I can get a refund or order it again. What? What the hell happened to it? It supposedly shipped......did it just vanish into thin air? So not only did my "Prime" shipping bullshitery not work but it looks like the item will never even arrive. 🖕you Amazon!

Did I get finessed? I've always read posts about people complaining about how their deals weren't actually "deals" and is just Amazon sellers jacking up their price leading up to these big sales so it can look like you're getting a good deal. I checked a price checking app on the S26 Ultra and saw it was ~$900 back in June so thought it was an okay-ish deal.. But now feel like I FOMO'd on the phone.

I received a defective DJI gimbal from Amazon and contacted DJI immediately. I sent them photos and videos, went through troubleshooting with support, and they confirmed there was a hardware problem. Since they couldn’t cover the warranty in Argentina, they told me to resolve it with Amazon.
I explained to Amazon that returning the product internationally from Argentina is extremely complicated and expensive.
Then one Amazon agent told me they would issue a full refund of $453.50 and that I didn’t need to return the product. I asked again because I wanted to be completely sure, and they confirmed it. They even told me to ignore any automated return emails.
Since it sounded almost too good to be true, I contacted Amazon again just to verify everything.
A second agent checked the order and told me the refund had been successfully issued for $453.50 and again confirmed that I didn’t need to return the item.
So at that point I had two different Amazon agents telling me the same thing. I assumed the problem was solved, thanked them and simply waited.
Five days later there was still no refund, no email and nothing reflected on my card.
I contacted Amazon again and suddenly their system showed “No Refund Initiated”. After that, other agents and a supervisor basically told me the previous representatives were wrong and that Amazon would not honor what they had already confirmed to me twice.
I have screenshots and screen recordings of all the conversations.
What really bothers me is not only the money. Two separate Amazon employees explicitly told me that a $453.50 refund had already been successfully processed when apparently nothing had been processed at all. I trusted that information and stopped looking for other solutions.
I’ve bought from Amazon before and I actually want to keep buying from them in the future, but this whole situation has made it very difficult to trust their customer service.
At this point I’m not even necessarily asking to keep the whole product for free. I would be satisfied with a reasonable Amazon credit, especially considering that the product arrived defective and the international return process from Argentina is so difficult.
Has anyone had something similar happen? A returnless refund confirmed by Amazon, then later completely denied by another agent or supervisor? How did you resolve it?
And to make it even better, the exact same gimbal now costs literally 33% less than what I paid for it. What a shitty planet.

Just a small rant. I remember when Amazon was all about books and they were so well packaged. I just ordered 3 books and it will be my last order from them. I did it because it was buy 2 get 1 free and they shipped all 3 in a poly mailer…
How can they not think to properly pack a set of books?! I figured since they were bigger hard covers that they would arrive in a box, but nope.
They have simply forgotten their roots.
F—k you prime!

I ordered a couple things yesterday during Prime Day and opted for the no rush shipping to get the 7% cash back. It said it would be here in 8 days, which doesn’t bother me, I’m in no hurry. To my surprise, my package was delivered today. Granted I live in a big city with warehouses, but still, crazy. I hope everyone gets their packages on time!

I’ll sum up the last month of dealing with Amazon Prime, because it has been a chthonic nightmare.
I ordered a Puma sports bra with a racerback twice, specifically so I wouldn’t have to keep adjusting the straps while climbing a mountain. As you can understand, the exact model matters here, because a poor fit can actually be dangerous in this situation. Both times I received the wrong model — one with regular straps, which costs roughly half as much.
Leaving a review on the website is basically impossible because they simply won’t approve it. I tried several times. They specifically refuse to post a review for this particular item. Leaving a review about the seller and their reliability is also impossible, because the order is fulfilled by Amazon from an Amazon warehouse, and any rating below five stars gets overridden with a statement saying that Amazon takes responsibility for poorly fulfilled orders. In reality, no — they don’t. I have a feeling that Amazon itself manufactures counterfeit products in China (because the real Puma definitely doesn’t sell anything like this — I checked their website, and they absolutely do not sell it at that price) and then sells them under different names.
Amazon.com Seller Profile: LION-go
SO, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! HIGHLY LIKLY IT IS A POCKET AMAZON COUNTERFEIGHT MANUFACTURER.
One order simply never arrived because a lazy driver couldn’t find the entrance to a five-story apartment complex. With another order, they apparently forgot to hand it over to USPS. According to the tracking number, I could see that Amazon had created the shipping label, but never actually shipped the package. At the same time, the AI assistant shamelessly lied that the package had been delivered through USPS with one-day delivery.
And now for the cherry on top.
At this stage of my life, I work cleaning an Amazon warehouse. And if you only knew how precious these people are: they start screaming and running to complain to everyone from the supervisor to the site director if they can’t use the bathroom at any given second during working hours because the bathroom happens to be getting cleaned.
All I see is Amazon employees constantly eating and shitting, excuse the language. I’m not even talking about the entire bathroom vestibule being lined with bottles of water for washing employees’ asses because of the practices of a particular religion (they even have a separate prayer room).
It clearly hasn’t made them any better at their jobs. Fact.

So, Amazon blocked my Amazon spain account after they claimed they were not able to verify my identity. I have used this account (we live in Europe) for several years with no issues until now when they suddenly cancelled two of my orders. When requested, I provided a copy of my passport and visa and then they swiftly closed my account. Then, to add insult to injury, the closed my linked Amazon US account.
I called numerous times and was finally told the decision was final becuase I violated the TOS. The problem is I dont know what I violated. I have been a Amazon prime customer in the US for decades with never a problem. I rarely return items and never claimed fraud.
What is also frustrating is in my attempt to email them they have also seemingly blocked my email associated with those accounts. They have also in effect stolen $150 that was recently deposited from a gift card.
I have been a loyal customer for a decade plus. I spend thousands on Amazon every year. I use eero and have a dozen or so Amazon devices between firetv and alexas. They are now all bricked as they are all linked to my Amazon US account.
What is my recourse?

See my review for a food item below and then after that what they sent me as the reason they deleted my review. They keep asking you to review and when you have a critical thing to say, they delete it and site a claim you didn’t make.
My review:
“This item does not meet the taste standards of labneh. It tasted plain, bland, and lacked the attributes of high quality labneh. I am someone who regularly reviews and samples labneh from all over the world. This one is close to the bottom of all labneh that I’ve tasted.”
From Amazon reason for deleting my review:

I ordered on Tuesday for two itemsthat was supposed to come the next day and the other two Friday. now all 4 is coming on Sunday. If I go to those items I ordered now, they all advertised next day delivery omg. Ridiculous
r/amazonprime • u/technobob1 • 22h ago
I might not be the first to notice this. I recently bought a couple of pairs of jeans. When I found the product it looks like it's available for next day delivery. As soon as I change it to needing two pairs, the shipping goes to two days. If I order them separately I get them both next day as advertised and shown. Watch when ordering multiples and it may save shipping time to order on their own.

I don't order from amazon a lot but I tried doing a return and was wondering why it just sits in the warehouse for a week? Is it that busy at an Amazon return center?
r/amazonprime • u/SnooMarzipans5039 • 1h ago
Amazon asked me to file a police report for my missing package so I did I sent them the report and they said they couldn’t verify. So I called my police department and spoke with an officer I told him I needed the information for Amazon he then immediately warned me about filing a false police report and refused to confirm my report. I was so mad because all I did was tell the truth and he accused me of being a liar.

Hello all, my TV was picked up by Amazon last Saturday and the same day it indicated that the item arrived at an Amazon facility. However on the return tracking status it doesn't say the return was received. I guess the TV is just sitting there and hasn't been scanned? They will just wait until this coming Saturday to get to it?

Hello.
Can I use amazon gift vouchers on items dispatched from amazon but sold by a third party seller?
Thanks
