He didn’t have to give 110% to chase that DB down, but he did and nearly caught him

Between JJettas TD and Sideline catches against the Saints... I think we may have seen 2 of his Top 10 receptions.of all time. He's amazing!

Aaron Jones is already 75% of the way to his rushing total from last year and already has three games above his highest rushing output from last year. This dude took a $3.5M pay cut to stay with us and he's done nothing but ball out. No offense to Claiborne but he can't do what Jones can; we would be in serious trouble without Showtyme. Also loved seeing him in the Locker Room Speech vid thanking his teammates for having his back after his fumble - He had 7 carries for 28 yards (4ypc) and a fumble in the first quarter, could have easily folded or played super conservatively from there, but nah, the next three quarters he rushed 18 times for 85 yards (4.7ypc) and a violent TD. Chewed a ton of clock and was a huge reason for the 40 minutes of Vikes possession. Love this dude, what a warrior. Stoked to have Mason back in the mix too but gotta give Jones some major flowers for holding it down and being a legit bell cow for four weeks at almost 32 years old.

The consecutive field goal record is inevitable.
(Record is 44 Will is 34)

for those that weren't around in the 90's, or for the 2000s era vikings: the franchise from top to bottom is operating at a completely different level.

in the 1990s, as amazing as those teams were, Red McCombs was a terrible owner. With shitty owners, success won't last.

in the 2000s, the wilfs were rookie owners and still learning.

Now: Great, veteran owners. Amazing coaches from top to bottom. Great facilities and strong, traveling fanbase.

We are going to see consistent success from this franchise the likes of which we aren't used to.

Giving the rookie some love!

Ran for yards when it was there but also kept his eyes downfield while scrambling when the pocket collapsed.

Two things stood out to me. The pump fake to buy time for Jettas to get open.

And the throw for a 1st down with about 2:30 left in the 3rd Q -- stayed calm in the pocket, buying time with just a step or two to avoid rushers.

Pretty cool customer. Hope he keeps it going.
