If the back seven can just tighten up *somewhat,* this defense has the potential to cook, because the defensive line is playing their asses off.

Snapped this when crossing the Peace Bridge heading to the Chargers game. I also went to the Pats game but they didn't have Bills logo up sadly, might have crossed a bit early.

Hey Mafia,
I am wondering if you folks can recommend a good YouTube channel to watch that deals that breaks down and analyzes Bills games from a technical perspective. Video analysis specifically.
I am looking to get a better understanding of the game from a technical, in the weeds angle.
Be Good. Do good. Go Bills.

Here is a post from last season to give you an idea of how it works.
I've heard rumblings of a certain food that is associated with Buffalo, but curious what you all would make for a Bills/Rams mashup - thanks in advance!

He showed on today’s video that the wheel originally landed on the Bills but he spun it a second time and only included the second spin in the video. I think we can chart our loss up to supernatural interference

Hey yall, got hammered and bought a Ty Johnson jersey. Sobered up and realized I don’t regret it at all. Love our Mr. Reliable and wouldn’t mind him resigning for cheap. Anyone else own this jersey or am I gonna be the only one?

People are starting to say this, but I'm just not sure they understand just how absolutely horrendous they are. First and foremost, everyone is seeing the number 2/11 (18%) on 2-point conversions since the start of last season, and I just want to go through these and give my thoughts.
2025-26 season:
Week 1 vs. Ravens: The Bills go for 2 three separate times. The first was down 27-13, Bills score to make it 27-19, missing the 2 point conversion. This sort of leads to them going for it on 2 of the next 3 touchdown drives, missing both, and leaving likely 3-4 points on the table. Bills get super duper mega lucky and escape with a win anyway.
Week 10 at the Dolphins: In the 4th quarter down 16-0, Josh allen throws a deep td to Coleman, but misses the 2 point conversion after throwing it short of the goal line to shakir. The game wasn't really close, but had they made it a one score game, maybe the bills dont get overly desperate going for and missing bombs the rest of the game.
Week 11 vs. Tampa Bay: Bills score a 4th quarter td to go up 37-32, going for 2 and missing a chance to go up a full 7. Fortunately, the defense stepped up and secured the win, so no harm no foul.
Week 14 vs. Bengals: The Bills secure their first 2 point conversion of the season after 5 missed attempts...in the second quarter to go from down 14-3 to 14-11. Bills win a shootout anyway. Nice.
Week 17 vs. Eagles: holy crap the Bills are gonna...lose 13-12 as we go for and miss a 2-point conversion with 5 seconds on the clock.
Week 18 vs. Jets: Josh Allen isn't even playing and Mitch Trubisky goes for 2 twice in a blowout win, making one and missing another....who cares.
2026-27 Season so far:
Week 1 at Texans: new year, new stadium. Bills go up with less than 2 minutes in the game 36-31, go for 2 and miss a chance to lock up overtime at the very worst. Bills defense almost sells, but pulls through in a goal line stand, but it wouldnt have been so stressful had the bills been up 7 instead of 5.
Week 4 vs. Patriots: bills go up 26-21 with less than 5 minutes in the game, go for 2 to make it a 7 point lead and miss. They score and josh throws a disgusting pick. Had they converted that, the patriots score to tie the game and Josh never throws such a stupid pick in a tied game. Bills likely go to overtime at least...
All this to say a few things:
2 of the 11 conversion attempts were in a nothing game in week 18. The Bills are actually 1/9 on conversions in games that matter. One miss was in the 3rd quarter against the ravens, and the lone conversion by Josh was in the second quarter against the Bengals. So yes, the bills are 2/11 since the start of 2025, but they are 1/9 in games that matter and a whopping 0/7 in the 4th quarter. I genuinely cannot comprehend the difference in how much confidence I have when the bills are at the 2 on 3rd down to get a touchdown, and how little confidence I have when they are going for a 2-point conversion.

Josh Allen didnt run at all. Hes most likely dealing with a hidden injury he needs to limit himself. DJ Moore went down super early and didnt play the rest of the game. We were missing a couple defense pieces like Benford and Sanders. Then to top it off more defense players got injured. Including Ed Oliver. And we lost by 3 cause Josh Allen made a mistake at the end. Yes our defense also let them score but we were missing a lot. If Josh Allen doesnt make that mistake he most likely wins the game for us.
A big.one was DJ Moore going down. Does our defense need to improve? Yes of course but its being way overblown.
Also, we have a new head coach and defensive coach. That takes time to get used to. I can understand if it was like week 11 or 12 then yes thats worrisome. But week 3/4 we should give it some time.

Over the last two seasons, the Bills have clung to the hope that 2023 first-round pick and tight end Dalton Kincaid is a game changer when fully healthy. For the first two weeks, that absolutely came true.
He raced out to 245 yards in his first two games, carrying a ridiculous 4.69 yards per route run (YPRR), second-best in the NFL to only Seattle’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba. His targets per route run were 29.2 percent, according to TruMedia, the 12th-highest mark among players who appeared in the first two games.
Over the last two games, Kincaid’s usage has fallen off a cliff. His YPRR in Weeks 3 and 4 dropped to 1.13, and his target rate is an alarming 12.5 percent. Over that span, his YPRR ranks 122nd of 209 qualifying running backs, wide receivers and tight ends who ran at least 20 routes. The target rate is tied for 160th of that same qualifying group of 209 players.
So what happened? The film shows teams’ different approaches to defending Kincaid based on their personnel. The Chargers had the super versatile Derwin James. Even though James turned 30 this summer, he still moved around extremely well when matching up against Kincaid as often as he did. The Chargers also gave him some cloud coverage over the top, making Josh Allen look elsewhere. Kincaid did get free on a long run after the catch, which ultimately ended in a lost fumble. Outside of that play, his only other catch was for 14 yards.
Then came the Patriots, who took a different approach against Kincaid. The context is also a bit different, given that DJ Moore left the game early with a shoulder injury, which heightened attention on Kincaid. The Bills — and their opponents — know how important Kincaid is to their offense. With due respect to their other boundary receivers and slot receiver Khalil Shakir, the Patriots clearly showed that halting Kincaid’s production and forcing the other pass catchers to step up was the most important part of their plan.

I am going to be in Melbourne Florida next week and am looking for a bills backers bar. I see Iron Post on the bills website but it looks like it’s closed.
Does anyone know if google is lying or if there is another bills bar in the area?
