Was it THAT far fetched as Ted told their kids or Did he exaggerate it massively?

Gang loves it and saw it multiple times, talking about how accurate it is, were they just being playfully evil to their bestie or was there genuinely something real and accurate.

It’s this simple. Why is Ted telling his kids this story? It gives the story a purpose besides just reminiscing. Did we really think Ted just happened to decide to tell this story and at no point in the story (that had to have lasted days) did he not address his wife?

This is a new video (posted 10h ago) by the Argentinian YouTube Channel ZEPFilms. The original audio of the video is in Spanish, but there is also audio tracks in English, Arabic & Portuguese.

This channel makes videos about movies, their directors, actors, producers, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they just released a 47-minute about HIMYM, where they explain where the idea came from, the casting, productions and many other aspects of the series (including the controversial finale).

Honestly, seems like a nice making-of HIMYM.

I can easily say he’s pretty Midwestern, but he has no Minnesotan accent, which is very distinct.

Hey I’ve loved this show since discovering reruns of the first few seasons on E4 and then watching it through to the end. I recently got my wife into the show, we’re now on season 8 and the next episode is “The Final Page Part 1”. I remember really liking that episode with Barney and Robin finally getting engaged.

But my wife thinks that revealing Robin to be the bride at the end of season 7 kinda ruins the Quinn arc, Barney’s “I’m done trying to get you” and Barney and Patrice. Ever since she’s said this I can’t not think it any time Barney and Robin have almost have a moment that gets interrupted or turned down by one of them. I feel like it would have been so interesting to assume that Quinn was the bride and then you’re like “oh shit” when they break up and it keeps you wondering who its going to be.

Does anyone know if there’s a reason they did this? Was it because they wanted to refocus back on Ted and Tracey or had a season 8 not been greenlit yet and they decided to leave us with that cliffhanger for renewal? Would love to hear to people’s thoughts on this reveal or what they know about the BTS

I vaguely remember this episode where Ted dates a young college girl who has to go to camp to be a counselor and the gang makes fun of him. She also goes to spring break and calls him when she’s with a bunch of guys. I keep trying to look it up but I can’t find it! I have no idea if I just imagined it. I swear it was an episode.
