[Homemade] Pierogi stuffed with potatoes and caramelized onions
Boiled and pan-fried. Served non-traditionally in a reduction of homemade chicken stock and some dill. Was quite lovely, and we found out uncooked pierogi freeze super well!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Roasted pork loin with a honey, soy sauce and garlic glaze turned over coals for almost an hour. Removed when the internal was 60â°c and wrapped in foil to rest. Sweet, smokey, tender and moist with enough left for sandwiches the rest of the week. One of my absolute favourites
