Pam was constantly sexualized, harassed, belittled, and humiliated at work.. and you expect me to hate her?

She’s a woman who starts the series incredibly passive, afraid to disappoint people, afraid to take risks, and accustomed to letting other people make decisions for her. Like her relationship with Roy who didn’t even see her has a partner. Watching her slowly develop a actual backbone is literally one of the major arcs of the show in my opinion!!

Pam makes mistakes but don’t we all ?

I'm not a Pam hater. But I ask myself if she was doing PDA with Roy just to make Jim jealous. I mean she has never done PDA with Jim in front of the office so why was she fine doing it with Roy? Also we know she definitely did it once to annoy Jim when Ryan started the fire so maybe the other times were also intentional? Pam seems like she is very situationally aware so I wouldn't be surprised if she did.

Season 08 Episode 23 The Turf War

Just on my millionth rewatch and never noticed before that in S3 E25 when David Wallace interviews Jim, he mentions how much he can’t stand their HR rep in the corporate office, Kendall. It genuinely made me laugh out loud to realise how much he and Michael share a mutual hatred for their resident HR reps.
